Anamnesis:
65 years old female patient with known myeloid leukemia presents with progressive weakness and dyspnoe.
Laboratory:
Picture of an acute blast crisis with 99% blasts in peripheral blood.
X-ray thorax:
Atypical pneumonia with interstitial lung increased streaking.
Sonography:
Slightly inhomogeneous liver structure. No focal finding.
EGD: Extended nodular infiltration of whole somtach - and duodenal wall.
Diagnosis:
Liver infiltration through known AML
Course:
Patient died within 4 days. Section shows a massive interstitial infiltration of lung and liver.
