Crest lesion

  • First-degree:
    First-degree haemorrhoids show inversely during an endoscopy slightly enlarged vessels.
  • Second-degree:
    Second-degree haemorrhoids escape outwards through the anal canal during pressing and slide back spontaneously.
  • Third-degree
    Third-degree haemorrhoids persist externally and they are reponitive.
  • Fourth-degree
    Fourth-degree haemorrhoids are not reponitive.
