4% rare forms: Signet ring cell carcinomas, adenosquamous carcinomas, squamous epithelium carcinomas, undifferentiated carcinomas

Type I (bulged), Type II (flat), Type III (excavated)

40% Fundus (Type-A-gastritis is a precancerous condition)
