Age at point of diagnosis	1 =< 40 years	Date of histological, surgical, radiological or endoscopic diagnosis, no anamnestic fixed date of start of disease.

Localisation	1 = terminal Ileum	Maximal spread of disease at any time before an surigcal resection. Aphtous lesions or ulceration of any size, a mucous membrane erythema is not enough.
	2 = Colon
	3 = Ileocolon
	4 = Upper GI- tract
B (Behaviour)	1 = not stenosing or penetrating	Inflammatory tumors, fistulas, perianal ulcers are defined as penetrating lesions. Postoperative complications are excluded. Stenoses may be surgically, endoscopically, or radiologically diagnosed.
	2 = stenosing
	3 = penetrating
