2 years after endoscopic wire closure in a 92-years old patient with bile duct carcinoma (condition after B-II-resection), a stent closure occured due to detritus and ingrowth. An endoscopic tube insertion couldnĀ“t be performed because of the overgrowth. A cholangioscopically guided probe of a drainage was done to avoid an exploration between the meshes of the stent.
