Oesophagus - Papilloma

Anamnesis:
34 years old female patient, comes to Emergency department. Complaints about dysphagia.

Physical examination and laboratory without attracting attention.

The middle oesophagus shows multiple papular whitish lesions, which are distributed on an area 4*5cm, and bleed slightly during biopsy. The continuing EGD is unremarkable.

After deeper information about the uncertain prognosis of the papillomas, the patient decided to do a mucosectomy.

The lesion was healed 8 weeks after. So far there is no recurrence.
